Service Suspended

We have taken the decision to suspend Tuxphone as the wholesale VoIP partner we had contracted with to provide the service pulled the plug and have not replied to any of my communications with them trying to find out what is happening and why they have done so.

At this point I have had to conclude that even were Gradwell to get around to replying to one of the many emails I have sent them asking why they have done this I would not engage in any form of business with them again as acting in this way, without any notification and failing to respond to my attempts to contact them, is sufficient to convince me that they are unfit to operate a wholesale business.

The Future

We have the option to offer VoIP services to customers via other wholesale suppliers we deal with. I will update this page when I have more information regarding this.
